Shauntelle is a solicitor in the governance, funding and corporate team, advising on a range of issues including the formation of a not-for-profit organisation, incorporations, mergers and restructures, governance and constitutional issues, interactions with regulators in England and Wales, director/trustee duties and responsibilities.
Prior to completing her training contract with us, she worked primarily in family law representing a range of clients in both public and private family law matters. She spent three years working within the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (CAFCASS) and has experience working as a childcare legal assistant with a local authority based in the West Midlands.
Shauntelle has an LLB in Law from Coventry University and an LPC LLM from the University of Law, Birmingham.
