Samantha Watson

Samantha is a second-year trainee solicitor in our personal injury and clinical negligence team. She supports clients who have suffered serious injury either through an accident or medical negligence, as well as individuals who have suffered abuse as a child or vulnerable adult. As part of her training contract, Samantha has worked in the planning and highways team, the housing management team and also the personal planning team.

Samantha is also joint charities and CSR Officer for the Birmingham Trainee Solicitors Society and is a member of the Birmingham Law Society’s health and disability sub-committee.

She graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2017 with a degree in law and later completed the legal practice course. Initially, she began her career at Anthony Collins as a legal secretary providing support across the firm, she then progressed to a legal assistant role in the family team and then in the personal injury team thereafter.
