A partner in the projects team, Richard advises on significant public sector and housing projects, providing direction on the strategy for projects, suitable legal structures and project implementation.
Richard works closely with central government departments, local authorities, housing associations and charities on all aspects of regeneration, energy and asset-related projects.
Also a leader in the construction and infrastructure team, Richard provides practical procurement advice for his clients. He specialises in public works, such as the development of social housing and infrastructure, including fibre networks and heat networks, as well as public services such as waste, leisure, IT and energy networks.
Richard is passionate about ensuring practical solutions translate into positive outcomes in the real world. He is motivated to achieve lasting and beneficial change for communities while bringing a grounded approach to projects, as seen in his role in numerous projects, e.g. for London & Quadrant Housing Trust, delivering improvement works in one of the largest ever procurement deals within social housing.
