My role
As a partner in the firm’s corporate litigation department, I specialise in resolving a variety of disputes with particular focus on disputes arising out of commercial contracts. My clients include those that commence proceedings and defend them.
My experience
I have a wide range of commercial dispute and finance litigation experience predominantly advising corporate and commercial entities. I have handled both complex multi-million-pound claims and assisted clients in resolving matters prior to the issue of proceedings. I aim to ensure clients not only receive legal advice but commercial and cost effective advice to achieve the desired outcome.
