Precious completed her training contract at Anthony Collins and qualified in 2022. She specialises in inquest investigations in the health and social care and housing sectors. She guides clients through the coronial process with expertise and care. Precious also has extensive experience in managing complex investigations following serious incidents. This includes making representations and reports to regulators such as Ofsted, the Care Quality Commission, Disclosure and Barring Service, the Health and Safety Executive, the Regulator for Social Housing, and the National Crime Agency.
Precious regularly advises clients on health and safety and regulatory issues during the acquisition of social care businesses, including those operating in the children’s social care sector. She provides bespoke advice to clients facing challenges, ensuring tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. Precious collaborates with colleagues across the firm, providing clear and practical advice to help organisations navigate challenging situations effectively.
