Prab is highly experienced in debt financing for registered providers, with a focus on the securitisation of assets. Her role involves drafting and negotiating Certificates of Title, conducting health checks on proposed stock and discharge exercises, assisting with stock rationalisation, managing pre- and post-completion aspects of direct charging exercises and providing vital support to senior fee earners within the team.
Before joining Anthony Collins, Prab completed her LLB in Law at Aston University. She also gained valuable experience during a placement year at another legal practice, where she worked with the construction team. Prab’s extensive background and meticulous approach to her work make her an asset to the firm and a trusted advisor in debt financing and asset securitisation for registered providers.
