My role

I’m a specialist in dispute resolution in the construction and engineering sector. I help clients get their buildings and engineering projects delivered at the right quality, on time and on budget. I can assist in any dispute environment – from informal advice through negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution to adjudication, arbitration and High Court proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court.

My experience

I have acted for the full range of project participants from institutional and developer employers through professional consultants, main contractors and specialist subcontractors. I have experience in all of the major standard forms of construction and engineering contracts and have advised on projects under complex PFI and bespoke contracts.

I can help clients experiencing difficulties at any stage of their construction or engineering project, whether relating to interim payments or final accounts, defective work, delays or arguments about work scope.
