Paul heads the construction and engineering disputes team and has over 20 years of post-qualification experience.
He helps clients get their buildings and engineering projects delivered at the right quality, on time and on budget and in recovering damages where projects have gone wrong. Paul has extensive experience in acting against developers, contractors and construction professionals in the full range of disputes in this sector, including interim and final account disputes, claims relating to quality of work and building safety, disputed variations, delay and loss and expense.
Paul works closely with the client team and gets to grips with the important details that can shape the outcome of the dispute. On more complex disputes, he also works closely with colleagues in other teams particularly in the housing sector so that Anthony Collins can provide the full range of advice that may be necessary arising from the circumstances including regulatory, governance, resident liaison and property law matters.
Paul was ranked as a Next Generation Partner in the 2025 Legal 500 rankings.
