Representing clients as part of the care team dealing with matters ranging from private law children matters, through to care proceedings, surrogacy and parental orders, forced marriage before the family courts and high court.

My experience

Initially in local government for 19 years, until 2001 when I started at a high street solicitors in Birmingham, dealing with a mix of criminal and family matters. From 2005, with Anthony Collins Solicitors, I have been working on children matters and involved in a variety of cases including surrogacy, appeals and forced marriage and nullity.
