Naomi Dowthwaite

Naomi is a chartered legal executive in the non-contentious projects (construction and infastructure) team. Before joining Anthony Collins, she worked in civil litigation, specialising in international cross-border litigated claims and commercial and residential property disputes.

Naomi supports and advises local authorities, housing associations, charities and other public sector clients. She advises on the drafting, amending and negotiation of standard construction and engineering contracts including JCT, NEC and PPC forms. She specialises in non-contentious construction projects, including large major works programmes for registered providers of social housing.

Naomi can also assist clients with transposing JCT 2016 template documents to the JCT 2024 template. In addition, she can support with getting to grips with the recent JCT updates, providing updated schedules of amendments.
