Monique is a solicitor in the governance, funding, and corporate team. Specialising in corporate transactions, Monique will be working with a variety of teams across the firm, advising on the acquisition and disposal of private companies, for asset and share transactions.
Prior to completing her training contract with us, Monique studied law at the University of Birmingham and then completed the LPC MSc at the University of Law.
She was a member of her university’s pro bono group, where she was involved in exploring the legal issues that refugees living in Birmingham face. Monique also delivered a presentation on areas of family law for the service users of a women’s charity.
