Madeline Abbott

Madeline is a second-year trainee solicitor in the private client sector, specifically in the Court of Protection team. She advises on a range of Court of Protection matters, assisting with future planning and managing the financial affairs of vulnerable individuals. She also assists with the preparation of wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the management of trusts.

After obtaining a history degree from the University of Warwick, Madeline graduated with a master’s in law and practice from BPP University.
