Kiran Aslam

My role

I commenced my training contract in August 2022 and am currently undertaking my final seat in the regulatory team. I assist clients with a range of regulatory issues in the education, health and social care, and social housing sectors.

I have also completed seats in planning and highways, as well as housing management.

My experience

Prior to my training contract, I was a legal assistant in the corporate litigation department where I assisted the housing litigation team with matters including S11 disrepair claims, possession proceedings, injunction proceedings and debt recovery.

I also have experience in working at an international law firm as a debt recovery and cost challenges paralegal where I assisted leading insurance clients with both claimant and defendant work.

I have an LLB Law with business degree and a masters in law from the University of Birmingham and completed my LPC at the University of Law, Birmingham.
