My role
I will be dealing with a variety of residential property matters for third sector clients such as churches, charities and trust clients. This involves mainly sales and purchases but also includes any other matters that relate to a residential property. This also includes adhering to the additional provisions surrounding the legislative and internal body requirements when acting for a charity.
My experience
In my previous role, I worked as support before progressing to running my own residential transaction files and ultimately obtaining a training contract. I qualified there on 1 April 2021 into residential property. This included all types of transactions involving residential property from sales/purchases/re-mortgages to more complex non-standard lending such as equity release, lease extensions and deed of variation for both landlord and tenant and auction properties.
