My role
I am a solicitor within the housing management team at Anthony Collins. I provide non-contentious specialist advice to our clients on a range of tenancy, leasehold and service charge-related issues.
I provide reviews and advice on occupancy agreements, policies & procedures and other housing management issues such as rent review, lease interpretation, and compliance with housing legislation and guidance.
My experience
I have an LLB degree in Law from the University of Birmingham and was awarded a distinction in the Legal Practice Course from The College of Law, Birmingham.
Before joining Anthony Collins, I worked within the motor insurance fraud sector for over six years at an international law firm.
