Trainee solicitor in the Court of Protection team
Beth is a second-year trainee solicitor in the personal planning management team. She advises on Court of Protection matters, and supports with the preparation of wills, lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates.
Before starting her training contract, Beth worked as a legal assistant in the personal planning team at Anthony Collins. She advised clients on trust administration and assisted with the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney. She also assisted with the administration of estates.
Beth completed the LPC LLM at Birmingham City University, after graduating with a graduate diploma in law.
