Beth is a legal assistant in the matrimonial team and has been with the firm since May 2021. She began her career as a secretary and has since progressed within the team and now represents clients at all stages, from initial advice through to representing them in court.
Alongside running a busy caseload herself, Beth assists senior members of the team in more complex children matters, where there is intractable hostility, issues of alienation or financial matters where there are significant or complex assets and structures.
Alongside traditional family law matters, Beth has a particular specialism in victims of domestic abuse or clients in forced marriage situations. Beth is known in these, and all matters, for her exceptional client care. Beth is also a member of Resolution West Midlands.
