Anna is a solicitor in the childcare team, based in the West Midlands. Prior to joining Anthony Collins, she worked for a local authority in the childcare legal department, providing her with experience in pre-proceedings and care applications. Since joining Anthony Collins in 2019, Anna has gained experience with caseloads and working alongside experienced child panel solicitors in the childcare team. She now has her own caseload of PLO matters and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022.
Anna primarily represents parents or family members through care proceedings. She has experience in assisting in the representation of children through Children’s Guardians. She has also represented local authorities on an agency basis. Anna has supported many families and regularly represents parents and children in court.
Anna is passionate about her work and considers herself fortunate in being able to assist families and children through difficult times. She is a skilled advocate and negotiator and prides herself on being able to communicate with her clients effectively and to achieve the best results.
