My role

I am an associate (non-solicitor) in the property team and my position at Anthony Collins focuses on acting for a range of public bodies, registered providers and charities, primarily dealing with residential and commercial development. This typically involves the acquisition, sale or lease of property.

My experience

I have experience acting for private individuals as well as developers from the outset of transactions (whether that be from option, joint venture or conditional/unconditional contracts) to the finance of the site, through any infrastructure or planning agreements, and ultimately to the plot site set-up and disposal of the site. I use this experience to assist our clients in the acquisition and disposal of development stock and real estate.
