Abbey specialises in corporate transactional work. She has six years of experience within the corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) space and regularly advises clients on the acquisition, and disposal of private companies, for asset and share transactions.

With a particular focus on the health and social care sector, her experience includes advising on the sale and acquisition of care homes, assisted living, and nurseries.

She is also experienced in advising clients with the transition to employee ownership guiding them through the process supporting her drive for social impact.

Abbey is passionate about her work to assist, guide, improve, and protect social care providers and private companies to make a positive impact on lives and communities.
