At Anthony Collins Solicitors, we value the feedback of our colleagues. Indeed, the employee engagement survey highlighted that you are less than satisfied with the current reward proposition, including the current employee benefits package. Therefore, we are keen to understand in more detail how you feel and how we can look to address these concerns.

We invite you to participate in a short survey to help us to understand your needs better. The survey will take only a few minutes and will provide us with a greater understanding of how you feel about the current benefits package, and what you might like to see in the future.

We will collate the information from this survey and use it in line with other data to help shape our future strategy regarding employee benefits. We cannot guarantee that we will incorporate all feedback or recommendations, but this is an opportunity for you to tell us what you think so that we can assess and revise the benefits provision.
