Jonathan Cox – Jonathan is a partner and housing sector lead. His role is to apply his skills, and the skills of his colleagues, to bring solutions to the issues faced in social housing. He has considerable experience in the housing sector, having acted for housing associations for over 25 years across property, housing management, supported housing and finance fields.
Emma Hardman – Emma advises landlords, primarily housing associations, on all housing management issues, providing practical solutions to often complex scenarios. Emma’s main focus is non-contentious advice, particularly review and implementation of all types of occupancy agreements, service charges and Section 20 consultation.
