What is it about?
This seminar will provide a comprehensive overview of the tax and legal implications of charity fundraising activities with commercial organisations. The advice and information will be practical, and the training will be interactive to encourage discussion and shared learning with other delegates.

- A review of key corporate fundraising relationships;
- Examination of legal and contractual risks inherent in commercial partnerships, professional fundraiser agreements, donations agreements, charity of the year agreements and grant arrangements;
- Fundraising Regulator developments;
- The tax planning issues to be aware of and tax implications of the above activities

Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited. Antony Collins and Sayer Vincent clients get priority over non-clients, but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place. Where we are heavily oversubscribed, we will limit places to one or two people per organisation, in which case you may be asked to liaise with your team. Should we have to do any of the above, we will be in touch with you at least two weeks before the event date.
