For a values-driven business, International Women’s Day is not just another event in the calendar. Striving for social equality is a daily mission as we work towards building a society of gender equality. As such, to celebrate International Women’s Day 2021, we invited Lisa Turan CEO of Child Brain Injury Trust, Sinead Butters MBE Group Chief Executive of Aspire Housing, and Christina Blacklaws Managing Director of Blacklaws Consulting and former President of the Law Society of England and Wales, to talk about the challenges they have faced and experiences they have had in the world of work. The firm also encouraged staff to wear purple, take a selfie “striking the pose” or change their zoom background in support of #IWD2021 #ChoosetoChallenge.
