To become accredited, panel members need to demonstrate high levels of legal knowledge, skill and experience in the area of children law, whether gained in private practice or working for a local authority.
Nev has dedicated much of her career to being an advocate for vulnerable children, dealing with disputes between parents or family members, or where the local authority is involved. She also deals with cases of domestic violence.
