Catherine Gibbons joined our governance team in February 2019, based at our Manchester office, and over the last two and a half years has developed a charity governance expertise, including now leading on the governance work for key clients in the North West.
Sarah Harnett joined Anthony Collins Solicitors in 2015, and recent work includes advising local authorities on complex employment tribunal claims, negotiating settlement agreements, advising schools on sensitive internal processes and providing commercial practical advice to clients across the sectors.
Alice Kinder is particularly engaged with the social business sector and leads this work within the employment and pensions department. She is bringing thought leadership at a national level on social mobility and is also a Social Mobility Ambassador for the Law Society of England and Wales. Alice has recently been appointed as Deputy Vice President of Birmingham Law Society.
Safa Murad focuses on governance work for our social housing and social business clients, bringing her charity expertise into those sectors and supporting the charity governance team. Safa has made an invaluable contribution to the team, wider firm and key sectors in which she works.
Michael Nutman, in our governance and commercial team, supports clients through complex transactions, receives excellent client feedback, and has been working to grow key client relationships and lead on key initiatives.
