The reappointment follows a nearly decade long relationship with Cottsway. Anthony Collins’ services will include advising on all housing litigation and housing management work.

Rebecca Sembuuze, senior associate in the housing litigation team at Anthony Collins, said: “Over the last five years our team has fostered a positive and collaborative working relationship with Cottsway. We are delighted to be able to continue this partnership so that working together we can continue to make a meaningful difference to Cottsway’s communities and customers.
“With upcoming regulatory changes such as the Renters’ Rights Bill and Awaab’s Law poised to significantly impact the housing sector, we are committed to supporting Cottsway as they navigate these changes to ensure the best possible outcomes for the communities they support.
“As part of our commitment to social purpose, we are passionate about working with likeminded organisations and contributing to the creation of neighbourhoods where people want to live and work. Cottsway is a prime example of how we can bring both to life.”
Richard Reynolds, Chief Executive at Cottsway Housing Association said: “We’re delighted to be extending our working relationship with Anthony Collins. With their support we can achieve our goal to turn houses into homes, while growing and building stronger communities. Anthony Collins’ experience of housing litigation and management work will enable us to effectively and efficiently deal with the complexities of Governance and any forthcoming regulatory changes, we look forward to working with them over the next five years.”
