This free webinar will provide an overview of the Procurement Act and the remaining journey to implementation. It will be useful for anyone based in contracting authorities or suppliers to the public sector who have not yet had the opportunity to engage with the details in the Act. We will summarise the key changes the Act will make to the procurement lifecycle and highlight what steps could usefully be taken to prepare for the new regime. The session will be hosted by our head of public procurement and partner, Steven Brunning and Amy Callahan-Page, a senior associate in our procurement litigation team.
