This webinar focuses on the legal and commercial issues that local authorities, housing associations, education bodies, and other contracting authorities have to grapple with at the start of the IT procurement lifecycle.
The session will look at the planning and preparation phase before commencing a formal procurement and will explore the formulation of procurement strategy, early market engagement, outcome-based and agile development approaches, choosing an appropriate procurement route and preparing for the formal procurement. It will also touch briefly on proposed changes to the procurement regulations that will apply to this stage of the procurement lifecycle.
