Our Annual Employment Law Update is back with a thorough yet engaging look at the decisions and developments over this past year. Session one will focus on what it means to build a workplace culture where rights and respect are equal partners. As part of the session, we will look at ED&I case law developments, where any proposed changes to the legislation are taking us and what that means for our workplaces in the mid-2020s. We will also spotlight our practices at Anthony Collins and interview a senior HR professional within our client base. Session two will look wider to a more general case and legislation update including sections on pensions and immigration matters. We will conclude with a look at the next 12 months; we predict it’s going to be a busy year!
