Our annual employment update is what it says on the can! It provides a comprehensive, accessible update of the cases that have been decided, the ones that are still to be decided, the changes to the law that have come through and the ones that are still being debated.

This year we will be focusing on managing change in the workplace; how to change terms and conditions successfully (unlike P&O Ferries!) how to manage trade union activity and action and how to avoid too great a resignation. This will be in addition to the usual updates on pensions, discrimination, unfair dismissal, working time and pay. With the Harpur case, the Forstater and Mackereth cases and the calls for more protection for women going through menopause in the workplace, we have lots to discuss!
We aim to make the sessions informative, cross-sector and practical so giving you the tools to address situations in your organisations.
