The chancellor has announced the rent increase cap is to be 7%. At the same time, the NHF has outlined a voluntary cap by the sector to limit shared ownership rent increases to the same amount of 7%. An ACS team have been advising the NHF on the issues and hurdles to be overcome to deliver on the voluntary cap.
