You may remember back in April we notified you of the Government’s consultation process on draft regulations to cap exit payments in the public sector at £95,000.
This consultation period ends on 3 July 2019.
These consultation periods are key for stakeholders to get involved and input into the process of agreeing the final regulations. The more voices and views from the sector that are proffered, the more likely it is that the resulting regulations will be workable.
If you would like to contribute to the consultation, we’ve prepared a handy guidance note outlining the consultation questions, providing some background information and prompting some thoughts and potential answers. You can forward your responses to us to collate and submit on your behalf. Please email your responses to matthew.gregson@anthonycollins.com.
Alternatively, you can respond directly online to the consultation on the Government’s website, here.
Please let us have your responses by 24 June 2019.
