Social purpose law firm, Anthony Collins, celebrates a series of housing framework appointments.
Following a number of winning bids, Anthony Collins has been reappointed by the Guinness Partnership across multiple services including conveyancing and contracts, governance and finance, as well as employment and pensions. Along with the reappointment to the Lincolnshire Housing Partnership and new appointments to the Regenda Group and Adra, the Guinness Partnership reappointment brings the firms total ‘active’ housing frameworks to 19.
The 68-strong housing team will continue to provide a wide range of legal services through the appointed frameworks, covering all legal services required by social housing landlords.
The appointment, operating on a four-year contract, demonstrates the firm’s market leading capabilities to deliver a consistently high quality and comprehensive legal service for the sector.
Jonathan Cox, partner in the social housing team at Anthony Collins, said: “As the housing sector continues to face significant challenges, such as rising demand and regulatory pressures, it has made the need for trusted partnerships even more crucial. Our latest wins illustrate that social housing clients want a law firm who are committed to the social housing sector for the long term.
We look forward to working closely with the framework organisations to make a meaningful impact within the housing sector.”
The Guinness Partnership provides homes and services to nearly 160,000 customers in England, operating in 125 local authority areas across the country.
Managing around 12,500 rental and shared ownership properties, the Lincolnshire Housing Partnership offers services along the east coast of Lincolnshire.
The Regenda Group operates in the housing and construction sectors, managing over 13,000 properties in the North East.
Adra aims to provide affordable and reliable homes in North Wales, looking after over 7,000 homes and providing services to over 16,000 local customers.
