We acted for Stafford and Rural Homes submitting a successful bid for a tenanted stock transfer of properties from the Accent Group.

After discussing the structure of the transaction with both parties in detail, we proposed and agreed a streamlined approach to the property due diligence. This involved the drafting and negotiation of the principal contract, deeds of warranty, assignments (of rent, service charge and stock condition survey) and transfer.
