We understand how important it is to be able to recruit the staff your organisation needs and for many organisations, this includes recruiting workers from overseas. We recently helped a client respond to a Home Office notice suspending their sponsor licence which resulted in the suspension being overturned. The licence was successfully reinstated without being downgraded or worse revoked.
If the sponsor licence had been revoked, this would have had seriously adverse consequences for the client, resulting in a substantial loss of work. In addition, the people our client supports would have lost the ability to remain in their own homes due to a lack of available care. Our client was delighted.
