We acted for Derwent on the acquisition of 1135 tenanted housing units from Home Group.

The purchase was funded by a combination of traditional loan finance from a bank and pension fund investment from Aviva Investors REaLM Social Housing Fund. The latter was under a lease and leaseback arrangement – which was the first of its kind in the country.
