Silver Birch Care Holdings

On 12 July, we completed on the acquisition of Living Life (UK) Limited for Silver Birch Care (Holdings) Limited for an undisclosed sum. Silver Birch operate a number of high-quality, fully staffed semi-independent homes and independent outreach support provisions for young people aged 16+. The acquisition by Silver Birch Care falls as part of their growth strategy and continued high-quality support within the sector. The deal was led by corporate partner, Laura Jordan, supported by Abbey Jones and Monique Gill and the wider corporate services teams.
