We assisted a care provider in obtaining a sponsor licence and 50 certificates of sponsorship. The care industry is currently under additional scrutiny from UKVI which adds an extra hurdle when seeking to obtain a sponsor licence.
The provider had more vacancies than they could fill from the UK market and wanted to expand to open a new care home. Successfully obtaining a sponsor licence means that they will now be able to recruit the staff they need and achieve their objectives, caring for individuals in their own homes and in residential settings.
