My role
I am a legal caseworker within the court of protection team.
My experience
I have been working within the court of protection and personal planning and management teams for over three years. My role is to support the deputies/ attorneys and our clients with the financial aspects of their day to day lives. I deal with such tasks as arranging payments, repairs to broken appliances to liaising with care providers so that clients can continue with their lives with limited disruption. For our clients, a good relationship between the deputy/ attorney, caseworker and themselves is vital for establishing routine in their lives.
