A partner in the childcare team, Madhur is an experienced and long-standing representative for children and parents in complex childcare proceedings. Based in Wolverhampton, the Black Country and Birmingham, she has supported numerous families across the Midlands and regularly acts for children and parents in court.
Hailing from a background in matrimonial law, Madhur is backed by more than two decades of experience as a childcare specialist and has handled a spectrum of cases including child abduction, physical harm and injury to children, foreign jurisdictions, radicalisation and the death of a child. She also works closely with partner and childcare specialist, Jas Tamber, on managing and developing the firm’s childcare team.
Madhur cites the trust, shared knowledge and expertise of the firm’s childcare team as critical to its success in securing the best outcomes for families across the region. Her professional motivation is fueled by the opportunity to positively change a child’s life – even in the smallest of ways.
