Head of the private client team, Donna has over 17 years of experience advising individuals on future planning and managing the financial affairs of vulnerable individuals.
Donna is an experienced advisor to families wishing to safeguard and protect loved ones who lack capacity and may be entitled to means tested benefits. Her expertise includes acting as a financial deputy for over 150 clients, advising on a range of Court of Protection matters, the preparation of wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the creation and management of a range of trusts (including personal injury trusts).
Donna is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an Office of the Public Guardian Panel Deputy and a Guardian of Missing Persons. She additionally offers insight to charities regarding legacies, gifting, legacy fundraising, estate administration, supporting vulnerable clients and the effective and practical implementation of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
