Anika Jutla

Anika is a legal assistant in the governance, funding and corporate team, assisting with establishing charitable incorporated organisations, finance and funding and drafting loan agreements.

Prior to joining Anthony Collins, Anika completed her legal practice course and Master of Laws at the University of Law. Following this, she gained experience as a legal assistant focusing on real estate work with a national client base.

Anika plays a pivotal role in supporting the funding team with banking and finance workstreams and she is developing her experience in the social housing sector. Her work includes drafting board minutes and officer’s certificates, assisting with the negotiation and review of loan agreements and revolving credit facilities and assisting with the prepayment of existing fixed rate loans.

Anika supports the charities sector, working with a range of faith and non-faith based charities. She assists with the creation of new charities and establishing charitable companies by registering with the Charity Commission and Companies House where appropriate.
