Khalida has over eight years of experience in housing litigation. She began her legal journey at a leading local housing firm, where she honed her skills in handling rent possession matters. Before joining Anthony Collins, Khalida worked in-house for Birmingham City Council managing a high volume of disrepair cases in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Khalida runs a large caseload of disrepair cases alongside managing Environmental Protection Act matters for our clients. She is an experienced advocate, having represented clients on the Court Duty Scheme. Khalida also has many years of experience dealing with rent possession matters.
Khalida manages several of the team’s clients, always providing clear and concise advice, guiding them through the law and empowering them to make commercial decisions.
