With the general election taking place on 4 July, we have invited Catherine Ryder, CEO of PlaceShapers to outline the policies that the incoming government is likely to put into place. We will then consider the likely repercussions for housing professionals in smaller breakout groups.
We will cover the future prospects of Awaab’s Law proposals, professionalisation in the sector and the Renters (Reform) Bill. We will also consider whether the housing sector will be seen as part of the problem, or the solution and many other repercussions.
Who should attend?
Company secretaries, heads of governance, heads of legal and executive directors
