Bethany Milne

Bethany is a trainee solicitor in our governance, funding and corporate team, supporting charity clients on a range of governance, structural and contractual matters, including the formation of charities, charity mergers and funding and grant agreements. She also supports with advising on charity law. 

Bethany has completed three six-month seats in our non-contentious construction and housing litigation and employment and pensions teams. This has given her a breadth of experience across the sectors and has allowed her to develop both her contentious and non-contentious skills. Prior to her training contract at Anthony Collins, Bethany worked at the Crown Prosecution Service, processing incoming correspondence and evidence.
